Executive Function Testing or ADHD Testing: Testing using the Brown Executive Function/Attention Scales to measure executive functioning skills. ADHD testing also includes the use of the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Symptom Checklist.

Adult Autism Testing: Testing using the Autism Diagnostic Interview- Revised test and the Social Responsiveness Scale, 2nd edition.

First Step: One on One Caregiver Executive Function Intervention Experience.

This entails meeting with the caregiver for a total of 2 meetings, each lasting 1 1/2 hours. Caregivers will be educated on support interventions that will help their child thrive. Once, each of the two weeks, up to a 30-minute phone check-in will be provided to trouble shoot any issues that arise.

OR

First Step: Group Caregiver Executive Function Intervention Experience.

This entails meeting with caregivers in a group setting. The group will be held in one meeting that lasts 3 hours. Caregivers will be educated on support interventions that will help their child thrive. (Offered quarterly, minimum of 6 people to hold group).

Ongoing Services

Meetings:

In-Person Caregiver/Child Experience.

Hands on help with the curriculum for 60 minutes.

A La Carte:

Two 30 Minute Phone Calls Per Week.

Two phone check-ins for up to 30 minutes each during a period of a week.

One 30 Minute Phone Call Per Week.

One phone check-in for up to 30 minutes.

Pre-established Text Support.

Text support that is up to 5 minutes in length.

$15 per conversation

 Body Doubling- We Come to You.

Body doubling lasting 60 minutes at a location of your choice. 

Body Doubling Online

Body doubling lasting 60 minutes online.

Group Body Doubling.

Group body doubling lasting 60 minutes. Offered weekly.

Mental Health Services:

Psychotherapy.

60 minutes of psychotherapy for ages 14 and up.

Non-Mental Health Urgent Support:

30 Minute Urgent Call. 30-minute urgent call. We will cater to your in the moment needs.
