Alicia Kuzia, LMHC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP- Founder

Alicia is passionate about helping individuals—starting with her own daughter—thrive in every area of life. She has a strong background in supporting people from all walks of life and specializes in building coping skills related to interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and executive functioning. Alicia is especially skilled at guiding those facing complex, overlapping challenges to develop sustainable, adaptive habits for long-term success. Her diverse experience spans residential care, academic environments, in-home support, and outpatient settings—making her a versatile and empathetic ally on the journey to growth and resilience.

Marni Ayers- Skill Building Specialist

Marni has an educational background in psychology with over 25 years of experience working with a range of client challenges, including executive functioning and behavioral concerns. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings with a focus on personal growth and healthy coping skills. As someone who has ADHD, Marni understands first hand what it is like to have executive function challenges and how to navigate them.

Eric Zechiel- Skill Building Specialist

Eric works with people who experience anxiety and ADHD, helping them navigate the executive function challenges that often come with it. He’s supported clients in all kinds of settings, from in-home to residential care. Eric really gets how tough it can be to manage things like focus, motivation, and follow-through—and brings that understanding into the way he supports others.
