Executive Function Intervention General Overview: This entails a 30 minute intake meeting, testing, and a 60 minute follow up meeting. Individual(s) will be educated on support interventions that will help one thrive.
In-Person Meeting: Hands on help with the curriculum for 60 minutes.
*A travel fee will apply for in person service if you live outside of Hamden, Hampshire, or Franklin county in Massachusetts.
Online Meeting: Help with the curriculum for 60 minutes.
Add on Options
Two 30 Minute Phone Calls Per Week: Two phone check-ins for up to 30 minutes each during a period of a week.
One 30 Minute Phone Call Per Week: One phone check-in for up to 30 minutes.
Pre-established Text Support: Text support that is up to 5 minutes in length.
