Our mission is to empower individuals with the tools, support, and understanding they need to thrive. As a Massachusetts licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and ADHD Clinical Certified Service Provider, Alicia and her team are poised to meet this growing need with experience, professionalism, and empathy.

Alicia Kuzia, LMHC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP- Owner
Alicia helps her neurodivergent daughter and others thrive. She’s worked with a wide variety of people, with specific strengths in fostering interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and executive functioning. In addition, her expertise is in helping people with intersecting difficulties to create adaptive long-term habits. Her experience is in a range of settings including residential, academic, in-home, and outpatient.
Marni Ayers- Executive Functioning Specialist
Marni has an educational background in psychology with over 25 years of experience working with a range of client challenges, including executive functioning and behavioral concerns. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings with a focus on personal growth and healthy coping skills. As someone who has ADHD, Marni understands first hand what it is like to have executive function challenges and how to navigate them.
Eric Zechiel- Executive Functioning Specialist
Eric specializes in working with those who are on the spectrum. He easily navigates executive function challenges within neurodivergent communities and has worked in a range of settings, including in-home and residential. As someone who is part of the neurodivergent community himself, Eric understands the unique struggles associated with reduced executive function and other ADHD-related challenges.
