A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after both parties have signed a written Services Agreement and My Focused Mind LLC has expressly confirmed the commencement of services. My Focused Mind LLC provides telehealth-based mental health services exclusively to clients located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our licensed clinicians hold licensure in Massachusetts, and services are only offered to individuals who are physically present within the state of Massachusetts at the time services are rendered.

By inquiring about or scheduling services, you confirm that you are located within Massachusetts. If you are located outside of Massachusetts, My Focused Mind LLC cannot lawfully provide mental health services to you, and you should seek a licensed provider in your state or jurisdiction.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where My Focused Mind LLC is not licensed or authorized to practice.

SECTION 3 – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & SCOPE

The services offered through My Focused Mind LLC are intended for adults seeking mental health support. Services are delivered via secure telehealth platforms in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

My Focused Mind LLC does not provide emergency mental health services, crisis intervention, or inpatient treatment. If you require emergency care, please contact the appropriate emergency services as described in Section 1.

SECTION 4 – APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Scheduling an appointment through this website or by contacting My Focused Mind LLC is subject to the following policy:

Cancellation Notice: My Focused Mind LLC requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation and fee details will be outlined in your signed Services Agreement prior to the commencement of any therapeutic relationship. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
